Westat 
stockholders gathered in 
Rockville, Maryland, on May 22, 2008, to attend the Annual
Stockholders Meeting.
Stockholders 
signed in
upon arrival, 
donned name tags, greeted
fellow stockholders, 
socialized a bit,
and posed for 
photo-ops before the start of the meeting.
As always, the 
mood was
very upbeat.
The 
ballroom quickly
filled to capacity!
Westat President Joseph
Hunt 
reported on the
current status of the company. Mr. Hunt reviewed financial results for 2007 and
projections for 2008. Stockholders were once again delighted to learn of the
increased dividend price and appraised value of their stock.
Mr. Hunt also reviewed
the upcoming 
improvements to the Rockville campus, which
stockholders could 
view at the conclusion of the meeting.
His remarks, as well as
the meeting's theme of "Classic Greek Olympics," were elegantly
highlighted by the excellent
animated graphics prepared by 
members
of the Westat
Graphics Department.

When the Stockholders Meeting
concluded, stockholders
could once again
socialize in an 
informal
atmosphere while being 
treated to a wide
array of both "Greek"
themed and 
traditional foods.
